Important RO Service & Spare Parts Pricing Notice
T&C AppliesTechnician service charges (₹299 for standard/multi-brand RO, ₹399 for branded purifiers, and ₹1,500 for commercial RO plants) cover certified engineer doorstep visit, comprehensive multi-point diagnostic inspection, digital TDS calibration, and standard labor ONLY.

NWAY NATURAL ENTERPRISESWelcome to RimZim RO (operated by NWAY NATURAL ENTERPRISES). By accessing our website, purchasing water purification products, or scheduling a doorstep RO service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Official Service Rate Card & Pricing Breakdown

2. Spare Parts & Component Replacement Policy
Any spare parts (such as sediment filters, activated carbon blocks, RO membranes, booster pumps, SMPS power supplies, float valves, UV lamps, solenoid valves, connectors, or commercial 4040/8040 membranes) required to restore purifier functionality are charged extra based on our transparent rate card.
Our certified engineer will thoroughly explain the worn-out component condition and obtain your explicit verbal or digital confirmation before installing new spares. All replaced exhausted components will be returned to you.
3. Warranty on Spares & 30-Day Service Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Labor & Service Warranty on all doorstep repair calls. If the exact same issue reoccurs within 30 days of service completion, our technician will revisit without additional inspection charges.
New genuine replacement spare parts supplied by RimZim RO come with manufacturer defect warranty coverage (30 to 90 days depending on component type). Warranty does not cover physical tampering, electrical voltage surges, running the purifier dry without water input, or unauthorized third-party handling.
4. Commercial & Industrial RO Plant Specific Terms
Commercial RO units (50 LPH to 5000+ LPH) operate under high hydraulic pressures (80–210 PSI) with three-phase or single-phase industrial power. The starting ₹1,500 technician fee covers industrial engineer travel, multi-parameter pressure/flow testing, and electrical panel inspection.
Specialized tasks such as chemical clean-in-place (CIP) descaling, sand/carbon media re-bedding, antiscalant dosing pump calibration, and commercial membrane replacement are quoted separately based on vessel size and chemical volume.
5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Visiting Charge Cancellation
Selected time slots represent target appointment windows. In case of extreme weather or road delays, our dispatch desk will call you with live technician tracking updates.
To reschedule or cancel without charge, please notify our support team at least 1 hour before the scheduled slot. If the technician arrives at your site and conducts diagnostics, the applicable visiting charge (₹299 multi-brand / ₹399 branded / ₹1,500 commercial) will be payable.
6. Payment Methods & Invoicing
All technician fees and spare parts invoices must be settled upon completion of service. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), instant QR code scan, Net Banking, Debit/Credit cards, or cash directly to the authorized engineer. Digital GST invoices are shared via WhatsApp and email.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the services, bookings, or purchases from RimZim RO (NWAY NATURAL ENTERPRISES) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
