Welcome to RimZim RO. By accessing our storefront or booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations when purchasing clinical-grade water purification systems.
1. Purchases & Billing
All prices listed are in INR. We reserve the right to modify prices based on component availability and regional service costs. Payment must be completed before installation is scheduled.
2. Installation & Service
Successful installation requires a steady power supply and water source at the location. Our 24-hour service response time applies to the Amritsar and surrounding Punjab districts.
3. Limitation of Liability
RimZim RO is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized third-party repairs or usage of non-approved spare parts. All technical calibrations are performed specifically for local water TDS levels.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the usage of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab.
